We switched to Franklin Peds from another pediatrician when my son was 5 months old because I felt like he wasn’t getting the level of care and attentiveness that I would’ve expected. The latest was a 10:00am appointment, got to a room at 10:31, and we didn’t get seen until 11:21 and didn’t leave until 11:45 for a routine/scheduled checkup. Since the moment she has taken over this practice/office has flipped it upside down in the most positive ways. I’ve watched the waiting room transform from plain with limited toys to a space that’s full of color, soft engaging music, literature and toys. Dr. Nnamani is very professional and often enters the room with positive energy and enthusiasm. She is prepared to answer a multitude of questions and provides resources when needed. She spends ample amount of time with her patients ensuring a positive relationship between her patients, their parents and herself. Not only has she positively impacted this practice, she also implemented a consistently updated Facebook page to keep all parties and community members informed about her practice. Upon a visit yesterday for my child it was observed that this facility is in the starting phases of integrating a Electronic health records system where it is attached to an online system for parents to easily access appointments, medications, messages and make appointments. I am beyond pleased with how Dr. Nnamani has grown this pediatric office!
